📋 Cancellation Policy

On or before 30 June 2026 — Full refund (after deduction of applicable handling charges and GST)
1 July 2026 – 31 August 2026 — 50% refund of the registration fee paid
After 31 August 2026 — No refund will be issued
No Show — No refund and no conference certificate will be provided
All refunds will be processed only after the conclusion of the conference.
The Organiser reserves the right of final decision in all matters.
