How to Submit Your Abstract

Submission Process

Register for the Congress Congress registration is required before abstract submission. Register at the early bird rate of USD 320 (before 31 Aug 2026).

Prepare Your Abstract Maximum 300 words. Structured format required: Background · Methods · Results · Conclusion. Do not include author names in the abstract body (blinded review).

Choose Your Presentation Format Oral presentation (8 min + 2 min Q&A) · Poster (displayed throughout congress) · Video (5 min surgical video + 2 min Q&A)

Submit Online Submit via the online portal (link to be provided). Deadline: 30 June 2026. You will receive a confirmation email upon successful submission.

Peer Review & Notification All abstracts undergo double-blind peer review. Acceptance notifications will be sent by 31 July 2026.
